Do a ListPlot with the given x- and y-values.

Parameters

x	[in] the x-values.
y	[in] the y-values.
title	[in] (optional) the plot title.
xlabel	[in] (optional) x axis label.
ylabel	[in] (optional) y axis label.

render()
